1. Legal Entity

This website and the services described are operated by Intecpro LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with registered address at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.

2. Description of Services

Intecpro LLC offers: custom software development, SaaS solutions, technical training, domain hosting, and IT process consulting. Each service is detailed in an individual proposal approved by the client.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed in USD through secure gateways (Paddle, bank transfer, or other agreed methods).
Special projects may require deposits (30-50%) and partial payments according to delivery milestones.
An invoice/receipt is issued upon payment confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom-developed source code is delivered under a usage license as agreed in the proposal. SaaS solutions remain the property of Intecpro LLC unless a written assignment agreement exists.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intecpro is not liable for damages arising from misuse, incorrect configuration by third parties, or force majeure. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
