Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Intecpro LLC, every project begins with a free diagnostic to align expectations. We offer a minimum 3-month post-delivery support period for adjustments based on initially approved requirements, at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • Digital Services / Software: No refunds apply once development has begun, unless Intecpro cannot deliver what was agreed in the proposal and no viable alternative solution exists.
  • Training: If the session cannot be conducted due to causes attributable to Intecpro, it will be rescheduled or the corresponding amount refunded.
  • Physical Products: We manage warranty claims with the manufacturer. If the product has factory defects, we coordinate replacement or repair. Damage from misuse is not covered.

Service Cancellation

The client may cancel a project at any time. Funds already applied to executed work are non-refundable. For recurring subscriptions, cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

Claim Process

  1. Send your request to info@intecpro.com with your order/project number.
  2. Our team will evaluate the case within a maximum of 5 business days.
  3. You will be notified of the resolution and, if applicable, the refund or adjustment method.
